  Went to get a $12.99 sub at Subway at Georgetown with a coupon in hand. The bill was $30+ instead of $12.99. The sub wasn’t even for me, it was for my granddaughter, who was with me, who was super excited, and wanted it. I wanted to get her the treat I had promised her. Instead, we ended up leaving without the sub. The biggest issue I have with the whole situation is that the manager was called twice and was extremely rude from the start probably because he was called on the weekend while he was off. The first call, he said no and hung up quickly without attempting to troubleshoot or listen to what they were saying. The workers attempted to fix the machine but failed. So they called a second time, hoping he would be able to walk them through fixing the error. But he again said no, asked to speak with me and followed it with a “get out.” Before saying that, he claimed that particular sub was not eligible, but it actually was because I read the requirements directly to him. Even his employees could see that it was and attempted to tell him that but he would not allow them to get a word in. The workers genuinely tried to help me. They were awesome! I was even just going to pay the $30 and never come back again, but the workers insisted on calling the manager. I wasn’t loud, and I wasn’t angry. This happened at 9:30 PM in front of other customers and my granddaughter. We ended up going to McDonald’s, and by then it was already 10:15 PM. By the time everything was done, I didn’t get home until 10:50 PM. This should never have happened. It was wrong, I can deal with a machine error but the disrespect I was shown as a paying customer should have never happened. Mistakes can be fixed.. I’m not saying the customer is always right, but doing the right thing is always right. It was a very disappointing experience and I don’t believe I will visit that location again.

  The workers here are very polite and respectful very fun to chat with and consistently get my food right every single time

  The store is literally the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Wes, Kayla, and Austin were great!

  Everyone at this location needs retraining. While RAY was helpful 30 mins in the drive through for 3 six inches two of which had no vegetables and were cold is absolutely ludicrous and the ice machine is broken which wasn't said until I asked why there was no ice in my drinks, whats going on here, cause I don't think THEY even know.
