  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today around 9 PM. I ordered two sandwiches and went inside to check on my order. One of the employees (a girl) was polite and doing her job properly, but another male staff member, who wasn’t even in uniform, behaved extremely unprofessionally. He spoke to me very rudely, asked me if I was “an animal or a human,” and started yelling about the amount of sauce in my order. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful the entire time. There were other customers present who witnessed this behavior. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect, regardless of their order. I chose not to escalate the situation at the time, but this experience left a very bad impression. Subway seriously needs to address staff behavior at this location. I will not be returning.
