  We just got the kids Book It pizzas from here and the staff was the absolute nicest ever. My kids said they would rate it ten stars.

  Can't say much of the atmosphere because I didn't eat in. It is a very small place, mainly for delivery and carryout. The staff is great though, ready to attend. The food was pretty nice.

  Service was late the lady forgot to bring my order out. Then when I went back around to get it myself the guy was rude not help ful at all and would listen and shut the window and walked away. they forget to bring my order out I waited 15 minutes to get my food lousy customer service

  Order was delivered and the garlic cheese bread was missing. Call the store and speak to Zach who says the order will be remade and delivered and he will throw in a brownie for the inconvenience. One hour later and still no garlic cheese bread. Notice I have a voicemail from Liberty. Call the store and speak to Liberty who seemed very apologetic about a mix up with Zach. Trying to make it right, she says will have 2 orders of cheese bread and a brownie delivered. One more hour goes by and my husband goes to the store and demands a refund. Ridiculous!! If you don’t have plans to make it right then stop saying you will!

  I traveled in terrible weather conditions and got stuck and waited 2 hours to get home and when I got home I put pizza in oven and realized after taking a bite the pizza was extremely undercooked. Im not picky I even tried to cook it in oven longer . I called the store and was told they closed early due to weather but was given a credit of 15 . Its not that hard to be consistent in also called customer support
