- DED EhlertAug 16, 20261.0I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. The food itself was mediocre and did not stand out in any positive way. However, the main reason for my one-star review is the serious sanitation issue we encountered. Bugs were present on the plates that were served to our table. This was alarming, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. When we brought the issue to the manager’s attention, they were gracious and did take care of our bill, which I appreciate. However, I was deeply concerned to see that the plates appeared to be placed back onto the stack rather than being removed from service and properly handled. A complimentary meal does not resolve a concern of this magnitude. Cleanliness and food safety should be a basic standard, and this experience left me with no confidence in the restaurant’s sanitary practices. I will not be returning, and I intend to report the matter to the health department. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to consider dining elsewhere.

- FFFFlightRiskAug 1, 20262.0Possibly the worst Pizza Hut location in Fort Wayne when it comes to food. They cheap out on the wings especially. The pieces are extremely small and mostly chewy. The breading isn't crispy at all. Pizza ingredients don't taste fresh. I've ordered several times to check if it was a fluke. It's not. This is all in comparison to other locations. It's worth driving farther away to avoid this one.
