  Wow Now THIS IS WHY PIZZA HUT STANDS OUT AGAINST THE REST AS THE BEST!!! SO glad I decided,because of Josh gave this location another shot. Ordered 2 hut boxs' for the 2 most picky kids ever; Boneless BBQ honey wings& fries. Chicken was cooked to perfection(of course I HAD to try a wing lol) So SO good. Better than the wings we've had at the wings places around here! The Supreme Pan pizza seemed as if the toppings were perfectly placed. The pan pizza was so fresh, cooked perfectly! The crust had that "old" Pizza Hut flavor in it, that is Superior to the other pizza joints in town, and you know immediately that it's a "Pizza Hut Pan Pizza" that you are eating. Truly superb to the rest. Thanks Evan and team for making our food and order so exceptionally perfect! Truly awesome Job from the ordering, right down to the sweet delivery driver Everyone Truly Did a Great Job Here Thank You So much. To Anyone whom has had any issues from the Illinois road location, you truly owe it to yourself and to them to give them another chance. Soo GLAD I DID!! THANKS AGAIN EVAN and TEAM! #1

  UPDATE: Someone called me offering coupons to "make it right". I declined. They only care now because they got called out. Where was this attitude yesterday when the freaking MANAGER refused to take any accountability for what he did. I'm not going to be bought off with some lame free pizza coupons. You don't get to make this go away like that, you need to actually take accountability. Especially when it doesn't sound like they took any steps at all to correct the kind of behavior I saw. This wasn't just a "bad experience", I watched someone that is supposed to be a leader in this store violate one of the most basic food hygiene rules... stuff on the floor does NOT belond in the food prep area. I don't get the impression that they're taking this seriously in any way at all. It doesn't sound like they've taken any steps to correct that behavior or anything. They just want the bad review to go away... well, it's not going anywhere. I have contacted the health department and it is now in their hands. They dropped this stack of boxes onto the nasty floor and picked it back up and threw it on the food prep area. Lost my appetite, won't be coming back Omg it was FREAKING MANAGER that did this!!! He tried to gaslight me into believing that he only picked up the boxes off the top and threw the rest away... as if I didn't see what he actually did with my own eyes. Really grossed out by this and if it's being done by a manager that refuses to take any accountability for his own actions then I cant even imagine how bad the hygiene in that place must be. Contacting the health department.
