I ordered on the app. It said 25 to 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later, I get another message that said it's on its way. Will they tripled up my order with other peoples? So I get delivered cold food, 30 minutes later. I wish I could take my tip back because they really don't deserve it. I will never tip in the app again.

There was a young man at the drive through when I picked up my Pizza. And he was very friendly, very accommodating. When asking a question the pizza was awesomely hot, it was full of topping great taste

Can't seem to find my house that is 1.5 miles away in an edition off of the same road as the location. I called after 45 minutes asking where ourbkuzzas are (app said 25-30 minutes). An hour and a half later the manager calls and says that the driver couldn't find my home. Which is btw certainly on every map app available in a large edition fairly nearby to the pizza hut location. Very disappointing as one of my kids, who is rderd a personal pan pizza, has now fallen asleep without his supper.

Wow Now THIS IS WHY PIZZA HUT STANDS OUT AGAINST THE REST AS THE BEST!!! SO glad I decided, because of Josh gave this location another shot. Ordered 2 hut boxs' for the 2 most picky kids ever; Boneless BBQ honey wings& fries. Chicken was cooked to perfection(of course I HAD to try a wing lol) So SO good. Better than the wings we've had at the wings places around here! The Supreme Pan pizza seemed as if the toppings were perfectly placed. The pan pizza was so fresh, cooked perfectly! The crust had that "old" Pizza Hut flavor in it, that is Superior to the other pizza joints in town, and you know immediately that it's a "Pizza Hut Pan Pizza" that you are eating. Truly superb to the rest. Thanks Evan and team for making our food and order so exceptionally perfect! Truly awesome Job from the ordering, right down to the sweet delivery driver Everyone Truly Did a Great Job Here Thank You So much. To Anyone whom has had any issues from the Illinois road location, you truly owe it to yourself and to them to give them another chance. Soo GLAD I DID!! THANKS AGAIN EVAN and TEAM! #1
