  Aliza our waitress was awesome. Food was great. Pizza was hot and the salad bar was stocked and fresh.

  We arrived before 8pm on Sunday night, April 25. We were not greeted because employees were busy cleaning. When I approached the employee and told her we had 20 people and would like to sit in the garden room, she said 20 people? Several employees stated they weren’t staying or were off the clock. We waited listening to the conversation about who “had” to stay. We checked the website to see if we had arrived at closing time and saw that we were a couple hours from closing. The employee seated us and served our party. She was efficient, kind, and friendly. However, she did bring our receipts and in a few minutes time mentioned 3 times she stayed over her shift so she could take care of us, but she needed to cash us out and leave because she had a family emergency and had already stayed past her shift. The customer service and response of the employees upon our arrival was not typical of any Pizza Hut in the Fort Wayne area.

  Love this Pizza Hut. Food is great and service is even better. I love coming on Friday for the lunch buffet.

  Ordered pizza last night and was told my card got declined. So I looked on my inline account, not only did I have enough money in my account but was charged four different times. I check my account this morning, my account was charged an additional two different times. 6 charges in total and my pizza was never delivered. The individual I spoke with was very unprofessional. I need some explanation and my money place back into my account.
