Our pizza was good, but now if you want to call in an order you have to speak with an outsourced person from a foreign country. It seems like Shaq and Papa want you to use the app to order, so frustrating you on the phone is the tactic of choice. What used to be a one-minute phone call is now at least a five-minute process followed by a survey.
