  this papa John’s is disgusting NOBODY uses gloves at the place. I’ve seen them touch pizzas then go hand people their money at the register. Not a single person had gloves on handling the food.

  Not usually my go to Pizza place but when the family wants Papa John's we usually order from the DuPont road store in fort Wayne Indiana. Always turns out good and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

  I ordered online at 7:22p (33–43 minute delivery). After 1 hour I checked the Tracker. It was still in stage one (Making). After 4 calls to the store (one being hung up on, the others being put on hold for 5+ minutes each time) a woman finally picked up at 8:40p and said our order was in the oven and out for delivery soon. The Pizza Tracker was still in stage one (Making) mode so I assumed it was not working. Ten minutes later it moved to stage two (Baking). At 8:55 PM it goes to stage three (Preparing). Pizza Tracker then says it’s “Out for Delivery.” Our order shows up at 9:35 PM (133 minutes later) and the the pizza HAS NO CHEESE!! And to top it off, the massive amount of onions were put on the wrong side - the side which was supposed to just be pepperoni for my kids (so now they are not going to eat it). I grabbed some mozzarella cheese from the fridge and put it in the oven. The kids started heating up chicken nuggets from the freezer. It’s 9:54 PM and I’m literally still waiting to eat. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with the Dupont location (the last time they didn't deliver and said it was a carry out order - even though I somehow paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver!!). I asked for a refund on the delivery fee and driver tip (when driving there to pick it up) and they said there's no way to do that kind of refund in their system. They offered a free pizza next visit but when I called the next time to get it, they had no record of it. All I can really do at this point is laugh because this is a joke.
