- AGAmy GriffithJun 16, 20265.0Placed an order today for delivery because I had back to back meetings. Received a call that Door Dash was down and wouldn't be able to deliver. Explained I was bummed but had 10 minutes to make it down the road to get my order and back to work before my meeting. When I pulled in, Ashley was literally meeting me at the door to quickly hand me my order so I could save every second. Wow! What customer service! Then she proceeded to comp my order to apologize for not being able to deliver my order as requested. On top of all of that, my food was hot and delicious. I will be returning to this store for sure! On a day that I should have went back to bed and tried again tomorrow, Ashley ended up being the bright spot in my day! Please give my kudos to her and reward her for her excellent customer service!
