  They rounded up for the RMHC. I dont give my money to company's for their tax write off. The didnt do a full refund.

  Waited 30 minutes in curbside before deciding to go through the drive thru to get my meal. They had no idea where my food was or even where my order was. Showed them the number and proof of order. Waited another 15 minutes for them to make the food only to get home and realize they forgot both my mcchickens actually ridiculous.

  They need to have 2 people for taking orders at the drive thru,not just the same person alternating between the lanes ,and dont understand why it takes soooo long for orders to be made in the morning, they know when the usual rush hour for orders come in,you would think management would have come up with a better system,it shouldn't take 30 min for a drive thru order of big breakfast with hotcakes

  Pulled into the drive thru at 9:28am. Roughly 6 cars ahead of me. Didn’t make it to the speaker to order until 9:53am. Finally made it to the window and paid, pulled forward only to see on my receipt that my order wasn’t correct. Totally different meal. Proceeded to the next window and let them know, prompting them to ask me to pull into a spot to wait. Stated they were out of bagels…but would make me a fresh one? Sure. Okay. I park and wait. Meal finally comes out around 10:08am. The hashbrown was cold. The “fresh” bagel was cold. The coke tasted flat. I’ve never in my life experienced such a slow and poorly organized McDonald’s. Either corporate is cutting employees to save funds or you need to train and pay your employees better so they step on the gas. This is supposed to be fast food. I could have went and sat down in a decent restaurant for how long it took to get a simple breakfast sandwich. In a rush? Don’t go here.

  Yet another instance of slow and subpar service from this McDonald's. We keep giving them chances because they're the only one in New Haven and sometimes you need a quick bite, but this morning we waited 20 minutes to receive a sandwich with no egg on it, and the drink was the wrong size. Sent the courier back for the correct size drink, but apparently large fountain drinks now come in the old medium cups? Ridiculous. Even if the sizes have changed, it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a sandwich and drink.
