  We ordered 3 cheeseburger kids meals. We were disappointed to find that all 3 burgers had no burger patty on the bun. We already had to turn around once because they forgot a different part of our order so we gave up on getting the burgers after already leaving again. We wont be back.

  The girl in the speaker said "you using the app?" Then when I stated order she said something about pull around. At window just said the amount then gave card back with no sounds. Person gave me bag with a "here ya go." The place needs an enema, some kind of manager who actually cares, or a corporation that cares, this one could care less about how ppl are treated both whom work for them and who buy from them. I know ill get a "go to this link" reply, so save your time I'm not going to. If you're looking to eat here save your time and go elsewhere, they don't have the courage to confront their employees. This place has a work culture problem.

  Went and ordered at the kiosk inside for takeout and it took 30 minutes for our order. The inside was extremely dirty everywhere the trash cans were full nothing was clean. It was just very dirty and trashed. Our food was kinda warm the fries were very old and really crunchy/hard. The nuggets we got were old as well. Our chicken sandwiches were okay but not the best. Seems like some very poor management issues and food quality.

  There's always something with this specific location. Today alone: I ordered Double Quarter Pounder with cheese (meal) and side of 4 nuggets. When the order arrived, all I got from the meal was fries and drink and the extra nuggets but NO BURGER??! It says on the receipt taped on the bag that 1 Dbl Qtr Cheese. How hard it is for these workers to READ????? I got Doordash credit but ended up paying still extra 9 dollars to doordash delivery and handling fees (not McDonald's fault). When the burger FINALLY arrived, it was missing onions. It tasted so bland but I was so hungry I didn't care anymore. Never had this much issues with any McDonalds location. Also the food here in America is horrible compaired to Finland. Finally I want to say: Don't mess with hungry pregnant woman's food orders!

  Wanted to just stop real quick and get food. Drive thru only took about 10 minutes but then they told me to pull forward to wait on a drink. I sat there for over 30 minutes and nothing. Had to go inside to realize they gave away my drink to someone for free. Where’s the communication? The people waiting were also just waiting for a drink. Another customer was waiting for food that was already put in the bag they just didn’t give it to them. Very poor customer service and employees had bad attitudes and did not care.
