Thus us the worst McDonald's I have every been to. I am visiting from NJ wanted a quick breakfast, but there was no acknowledgement from the staff I ordered a med coffee they game me the size they wanted. Ordered at the kiosk receipt did not print ask the the guy to help print he said I don't know hhgow to do that abd walked away. Everyone in the drive through coming back in orders wrong. I waited 30 min for my food. It's ashame. Management needs to step in.

Steak egg and cheese bagel has half of a steak patty on it. The employees were quite rude to my dad when he stated, “I think my order costs more than $7.” Food was then given through the window. After my dad stated it wasn’t his food the 2 bags were then taken back. The person in drive thru rudely asked for the bags back if it wasn’t what he ordered. When the manager came through the employee was explicitly stating my father told them the exact order and that the employee wasn’t wrong audibly in front of my dad and the manager.
Avoid this place. They have been going downhill for years. Not worth the wait, trouble, nor headache from the untrained staff and bad management. Food was also, meh…

Just stopped in for a beverage and an apple pie. No one in drive thru but worker could not get order right or get it posted to screen. I asked if they had a special on pies and was told no. At window had to wait for a medium Coke. Took a bite of the pie and it was cold. Went in to see if I could get a hot one and stood at the counter for a few minutes and was never acknowledged. Some people who were there before me were ready to leave cause their order had not been taken yet. While standing there I saw the 2 pies for $3 poster. I just walked out.

I placed a mobile order thru the app. I checked in through the app as I arrived at the restaurant. When it was my turn at the drive thru I gave my mobile order number to the crew person. She replied she had no record of my order. I again repeated to her and told her what the order was. She again replied that she has no order. I pulled up the receipt from the email confirmation and began to read it off. She yelled and screamed at me that she didnt have that order then ignored me and took the other cars order in the other lane. I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a Manager and reported that persons unappreciated behavior towards me. She nonchalantly said that she will speak to her then I explained the situation. She said she had the order then immediately said wait we have to prepare it. She handed me the drink and I pulled off. I tasked it and it was horrible. Just some cold flavorless water which was supposed to bed a customized iced coffee. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to the Manager once more. She then took a picture of my receipt and remade it correctly. Al the while the rude crew member staring meanly at me in the background.
