  Drive thru is consistently slow. Hilarious how mediocre this location is. No change is coming since it still makes money. They got my mobile order wrong twice, luckily I checked. To top it all off, I found a hair in my food! DiMichele Family Restaurants, it’s clear this restaurant has fallen through the cracks of your many locations. If you care about the business that has your name on it, make some improvements

  Food was cold, had to wait forever to get my order, then had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to get napkins because they're not setting out in the dining room, while I was there a man waited literally 45 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and an ice cream cone I will NOT be going back to this McDonald's

  Manager refused to identify her name. When we waited forever she refused to refund our order. When I asked how to solve this, she said to call the number on the receipt and it would likely be transferred to AI. If we wanted to refund our money they’d take the food back. Her stained yellow teeth and poor hygiene were noticed as well. Disgusting restaurant and worthy of less than 1 star.

  I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a medium drink , waited for 22 minutes and didn’t get anything, I had to leave, meanwhile everyone around me was getting their food including dashers, nobody acknowledged me or bothered to help as if I was invisible, Y’all are terrible!!!! This location sucks, do not go here!!!!!

  Ordered on the app ahead of time, 15 mins later I pulled up and waited 10+ mins with no one to tell me whats up. Gave up- tried to go in on a Saturday before 830 pm. All doors locked. Get back in line, wait 15+ mins to not be offended any service, honk the horn, operator gets on all nasty attitude like we see you do not honk. Well thats great - how about you TALK TO ME. Wait another 10+ mins, give them my code, wait another 15+ mins to get to the window, get my food. Wrong order 😑 Just horrible service and horrible workers. Never going there again.
