  Just went to get milkshakes after work with a friend. After taking our order (only 2 shakes) was told “we don’t have shakes.” Proceeded to leave because we didn’t want anything else, but then saw them handing out milkshakes at the window in the drive thru. At this point can someone tell me their milkshake machine hours of operation?? Or what I’d have to do to get a milkshake?? This is the fifth time in two weeks that I’ve been told they don’t have milkshakes. All different times and days of the week too so it doesn’t feel like it’s just a “they close down the machine to clean it for the night” sort of thing.

  This location is awful. You wait at the speaker for 3 minutes because every time i visit, everyone is standing outside smoking. The speaker is so quiet you can't hear what the employee is saying. I was trying to pick up something quick for a couple people and i was short 3 major items( not sauce packs or dumb stuff like that) which were basically meals. I circled back and the one employee argued with me and said "nah, i packed that myself". Showed him the damn bag and receipt, blew his mind. I haven't been to this location in probably over 6 months or so before this visit, and i can't believe how bad it is. It was bad before, this is beyond awful and i hope new management or ownership takes place soon. Awful experience.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes. Kept asking the young woman for assistance and by the time I got to order I was already upset but didn’t show it. The young woman proceeded to take my fries and dump them upside down in the bag. I told her to get her manager and she told the manager I was complaining although I never said one word. Told the manager and she gave me a free fry and apologized . Not the first incident though this McDonald’s is chaotic. Employees are disrespectful. Wait time is super slow. Food is never fresh and the breakfast biscuits are always hard as a rock. Also the cheese is always small pieces of the slice or half slides

  This location is a mess... I really hate trying to guess which line to get into so you can get service but I picked one and waited and waited and waited finally I said hello to.... No one. Then another car pulls up to the other speaker and gets immediate service. Then finally they say something to me and I expressed my frustration to which the response was, "so do you want to order or what?" I said I wanted a manager so I was told one would meet me at the first window.... Nope. No one came I was just waiting and waiting so I call the restaurant and told the manager Michelle what happened and she said well I can't come to the window because I am on the phone with you so, what did you want... I will try my hand calling the franchise office because this issue runs top to bottom.

  I came here to pick up a happy meal prior to heading for my shift. It takes me about 10 minutes to get to work. I stopped here at 4:40 and at 4:49. I’m being asked to pull out out of the line and wait for our cheeseburger happy meal with a Coke. I explained to them. I’ve already waited 10 minutes in the line. It’s a cheeseburger meal what’s going on that will require an additional weight. It’s been 10 minutes for a cheeseburger. Happy meal. It’s completely unacceptable. No one seems to know what’s going on. Customer service is haphazard the guy who came to the second window. He didn’t even know what my order was. It just feels really chaotic and complicated for no reason at all.
