  Tired of coming late at night before midnight and can’t order … either they don’t answer or they play games and say only taking mobile orders or something like that !!! Seems to be poor management because this shouldn’t be happening

  UPDATE: at 10:51 AM we placed breakfast order for pick up to get rest of order. (Which we paid separately for, not with credits) We placed it promptly after our delivery order was delivered and documented as incorrect. When husband arrived to restaurant to pick up order- he waited way longer than he should have (25 + min) for no one to come to the front of the restaurant. When they finally did- they said they threw away the order right at 11am!! even though by the time we placed it and drove there it was barely after 11am. He waited over 25 min for them to say they threw away our order. He tried getting their attention as well- and was completely ignored! I had to call McDonald’s customer support for refund because app was being weird. So we have spent so much time this morning getting hotcakes with no syrup (so dry) and a McGriddle with no egg- a missing order that included multiple items- to replace the order and have them throw it away. This is literally a joke lol. Previous Review: So the food was fine…that’s what the 1 star is for. We got breakfast. But they forgot an order of hotcakes, biscuit, sausage, and eggs. Plus they forgot to put egg on the “egg, cheese, sausage McGriddle” - it was just sausage and cheese. There were no straws for our drinks. Or utensils for our order. And they didn’t give us syrup or butter for a different order of hotcakes- plus we paid for additional syrup we did not receive. They also must have been out of large cups? Because we received 2 smaller cups for an iced latte instead of a large. 😂 we got it delivered (placed order on the McDonald’s app) and thankfully DoorDash refunded us. Plus they took forever making order. The dasher was upset and messaged me. Did any employee double check the order?? Also wasted 6000 points getting the breakfast sandwich for them to forget the egg on it. 🥴

  Good food but in the evenings customer service goes really downhill fast. The day crew is more professional. Their large frappes look like a medium. Prices are getting too high as well for items that only should cost a quarter or two for McDonald’s to produce

  Great food, great service. Storm is very helpful and kind. He made the visit worth the money. Definitely deserves a raise!

  Visiting in town, stopped here for a quick bite. We arrived toward the end of the local high school lunch rush. Our order was initially messed up, but the manager hurried to remake our order and brought it to us at our table. I placed a second order to get coffees and another sandwich (I was very hungry!) He brought the sandwich out quickly and apologized for having to make a fresh pot of coffee. He also brought those out to us. The service provided was exceptional, and the care and concern of the manager was wonderful. The rating of 4 was for the herd of students there and does not reflect on the store or staff. The did a great job all the way around. Great experience, great personality.
