- EEEli EppleMay 13, 20261.0I’m not sure if this McDonald’s is making their own hours vs what the app and google says, or if they’ve had issues in the mornings because they don’t address any of the cars sitting in the drive thru to explain anything. They let us sit and wait with the hopes that we might get a delicious hash brown. Or if the other cars are like me, the order has already been successfully placed and paid for through the app. Extremely disappointing.
- MTMark TschannenMay 6, 20265.0This McDonald's on Goshen road is the only one I go to The coffee's the best The girls are amazing fast, if you see eight or nine cars in the drive-thru don't fret they will be through that line in minutes and you'll be on your way to work with your hot fresh food. If you get a chance to try this the strawberry watermelon refresher is to die for it is so good give it a try you won't be disappointed.

- CSChris StablerApr 16, 20261.0Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries through drive thru. When i got home, it was for my wife, she took 2 bites and found a long black hair in it. UGH!! Called the store, manager said I bring it back, they would replace it. Is it worth it, and who has the stomach to eat something after finding a hair. IDK. What will McDonald’s do or say. Probably nothing. Customer is taking a risk, and all you will do is replace the sandwich. Not acceptable. Yuck Update- Corporate McDonald's sent me an email last week. I answered their questions, and guess what? !! I haven't heard back from them. They said they waned to know what happened, I told them, and now is the waiting game. Not that it will change anything. Large Companies do not care that much in the custer service side, my opinion. Eat at your own risk.
