  Friendly staff. Bo made my sandwich and checked me out. I had a club lulu minus mayo add bacon and avocado. It was absolutely delicious.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting!!!! Stopped in this morning to pick up some lunch. Thankfully the computer went down so I did not pay before I witnessed the employee go over to the drawer and get out a replacement battery for his earpiece, put the earpiece back on his head and then proceeded to make my sandwich. Never changed his gloves, never rewashed his hands. Then realized he tried to ring up my order with the same gloves on. What else did he touch before I came into the store. Asked him if he could please change his gloves and he asked me “why??” With that I walked out. Disgusting!!!!!

  The service here is consistently poor and so slow. A couple of weeks ago I placed an order for delivery and did not receive all of my order. I called and was told that they would place a credit under my phone number. I tried stopping by this last weekend to order so I could get said credit. The door was locked. An employee came to the door and told me they were out of bread. I went in today and mentioned the credit and explained the situation. I was told I should have called my order in so they could have looked it up. This was never explained to me when I called because my delivery order was incorrect. They did end up honoring the credit I should have received. However such a big deal was made of it. Today my sandwich was made incorrectly. So I stood and waited as another was made. I understand that mistakes happen and there is a learning curve. If this were a one time thing I wouldn’t think a thing of it but it’s pretty much every time. I second what another has said this location should be shut down.
