  I had 2 of the toasted subs. Ordered on the App and they were ready when I arrived. The staff was great. Definitely will be back!

  Placed a catering delivery order. They charged my card the $111 right away. The food was never delivered and they will not answer the phone or return my calls.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered two sandwiches both the Italian Night Club with an add on of bacon. Mine came with only ham and bacon then pickles and cheese. Missing capocollo, salami, onions, lettuce and mayo. My husbands came with salami and ham. No bacon that we paid extra for, no cheese, no capocollo, (he removed all toppings and added crispy onions) and no crispy onions. We paid $42 for two sandwiches, one pesto pasta salad, and one bag of chips. On top of that we watched an employee go from his car wearing the food grade gloves to inside behind the counter. (could not tell if he changed his gloves) We then did not notice until we got home. We submitted a complain to Jimmy Johns on the website and they informed me since this location is "privately owned" they could do nothing about it and would have someone from the store reach out to me. Needless to say nobody ever reached out to me so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card myself. I am not paying $42 for items this bad. Absolutely horrible. Save yourself the money and the headache and avoid this location at all costs. EDIT: They said they were "escalating this to the quality team" and I still have heard nothing back from anyone a week after the comment was made.
