  I got the turkey tom....literally 2 sliced sweet peppers and 2 and 1/4 sliced pickle on an 8in.....I don't know why we keep ordering from here...we love jimmy johns but this store keeps disappointing...$65 dollar order plus tip

  First we are going to talk about the food, the bread was very overcooked on the bottom of Marks it was burnt Also there were multiple long hairs in the food. The gentleman who was doing our sandwiches was okay he didn’t smile, I guess these kids don’t want smile wrinkles lol. The lady who was checking us out didn’t say a word to us until I asked if I could I some napkins she said no. I did get some from a mom and her kids when she was leaving but she said they were from McDonald’s. Maybe there was napkins on a counter somewhere as a first time customer how was I supposed to know? Then when we got to the table it was sticky and all nasty with all the crumbs left on it. A few weeks later I tired a different Fort Wayne Location and it was much better. -JoAnn Stewart

  I doordash and pick up for here often. The employees are super nice and helpful and always welcoming and have the order done before I am here most times !
