- BBBrettOct 7, 20261.0I stood at the register for 10 minutes while 3 staff members did not look at me, did not greet me, and did not take my order; all the while, a line ~20 deep formed behind me. I left after 15 minutes of being ignored. (They didn’t seem particularly busy at the time either.) The previous time I came here, the line was 30 deep and I just left. I will not be back, ever. GYST!

I have ordered here on multiple occasions, hoping the experience would improve, but every single time there is an issue. The menu system provides clear options to customize bagels, yet on two separate occasions when I explicitly requested NO bacon, it was added anyway. Furthermore, when I ordered a plain dark cold brew with lite ice, I was handed a milky, sugary chocolate shake that tasted nothing like coffee. When I brought it up to the employee seemed clueless about what I asked for and said this is what I ordered. It is completely unacceptable to repeatedly receive the exact opposite of what was requested. Please train your employees properly so customers do not continue to waste both their time and their money.

- KKkarleeApr 21, 20262.0Good bagels but it feels like the last 5-6 times I’ve gone, my order was either not made or made wrong. I ordered a pepperoni chicken, and they gave me a pizza box. I asked if my order was coming they said that the pizza box was mine. I take it hoping it’s just in the wrong box and it’s a pizza and not my order. I even showed them the receipt and they still told me it was my correct order.
