They got my order wrong, not a big deal, I just asked if they could make the right one. She seemed annoyed & went back to make my drink. I thanked her & her response "yeah" & shuts the drivethrough window. The drink tasted horrible so I went inside and asked them to remaje it because ir didn't have any flavor (it tasted like warmed up milk) She remakes the drink. I thanked her again & left. I get people in customer service have bad days, so I was trying not to show my frustration. I also was not going to pay for a drink I couldn't drink. This time, it tasted like I was drinking straight syrup. So ..they got the drink wrong 3 times. I will not be going back there again & after looking at the previous reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who's been disappointed. Do the owners even care to correct the problem at this location??
- MLMike LApr 16, 20262.0I recently went to the Duncan Donuts on East State Street. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I thought the service was very fast and then I found out why. I have never eaten an English muffin without toasting it, that was the first problem. The second problem was it was cold, especially in the middle. I was in a hurry to be someplace or I would have come back. It was a drive thru order. No one was behind me. It was around 3 PM. They had plenty of time to toast an English Muffin and fully cook the prefab egg and sausage. The staff is fine, I don't recommend the turkey sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I ended up throwing away most of the sandwich.
