- HWHaley Watson3 days ago1.0Worst Dunkin. Everytime I stop here my order turns out absolutely disgusting and the opposite of what I ordered. Customer service is crap too. Unfriendly, rude, short. Need all new staff.
- MOMegan O’DellJun 20, 20261.0So, I don’t love giving bad reviews but this is a huge health concern for me. We came through the drive thru and ordered a bunch of things but one of which was an iced coffee with unsweetened vanilla. We get our order and my iced coffee had French vanilla swirl in it. Unfortunately for me I have a huge allergy to one of the ingredients to French vanilla swirl. We had to go through the drive thru again because they have the lobby closed off and told them the order was wrong. When we got to the window they argued with us. Told us we ordered wrong and they wouldn’t fix it. I very calmly explained that I have a health concern and would have never ordered this way. Never in my life have I had a coffee shop argue about making a drink correctly, especially one that would cause a medical concern. Unfortunately they have lost us a customer and we will be going to Starbucks on DuPont or mocha lounge. It seems from other reviews they are trying to nickel and dime customers to make more money, I wish they understood that customer service cannot be overlooked. They will loose hundreds of dollars from my family alone not returning. What a shame.

Mobil ordering is for convenience. This is not at all convenient. I asked why and the girl stated they don’t have enough staff to open the store. Seriously? This is not how a reputable business runs. I have never encountered this at any other Dunkin’s or small coffee shop. None of the workers are at all friendly. You get ignored when saying good morning or have a good day. Starbucks or Mocha lounge from now on!
