- ETElizabeth TruxellSep 6, 20261.0We were not welcomed by the 2 employees when walking in. The drive thru was busy and all their attention was there. For around 10 minutes eye contact from employees was avoided while still no communication such as, "hi, we are really busy. We'll be right with you." We watched a bee fly around, and the way the light hit the back wall it was so dirty with splatter all over. The place just started giving me the ick. When finally acknowledged the female did not know how to use the register (she literally said so), messed up our 4 donuts order, and pretty sure we were charged for extra donuts. No receipt to check but at this point my patience was running thin to even ask.We asked for 1 vanilla frosted with sprinkles, 2 chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a Boston creme. Instead of going to the front case, she went to the area by the drive thru window to get the donuts which were 2 chocolate frosted with sprinkles, 2 strawberry frosted with sprinkles and what appeared to be a Boston cream. When brought to her attention the order wasn't right, she got a vanillla frosted with sprinkles out from the front case, and we kept the 2 strawberry. The 2 drinks were ok (Tiramisu Cloud Latte and iced coffee) but 1 strawberry and 1 chocolate donut tasted like they were two days old. Quite frankly all were thrown out. Incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately I don't go to Dunkin often as the closest one is 22 miles away from home. When we make a trip to a city where one is, I always stop in to get my fix. This was by far the worst experience at a Dunkin I've ever had, in any state I've visited.

Everyone my order is wrong whether it be a different size I asked for, not the right donut or making my drink wrong. It never seems to fail at this one. Time to go to DuPont to check and see if they can run a store better. I come here everyday and my order is the same it shouldn’t be hard
