  I went in to buy a dozen donuts and there was hundreds of donuts and they said the max I could buy is three donuts so they don’t run out for later I never met a business that declines a sale now in hopes of a sale later I will never shop at another dunkn ever again lost my business and multiple other peoples because there kids couldn’t get donuts because I’m not gonna buy three kids a donut and forget the other ones smh do better dunkn

  This was our first visit to this location, and we won't be back. The service was slow, the donuts are shockingly small and barely glazed, and the iced coffee was mostly cream (that tasted like milk, not cream). All of that is disappointing, but the worst part was the woman who appeared to be the manager out front smoking by the door.

  Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. Some staff had a very nonchalant attitude, and my sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. The croissant was also hard, and I was told it was due to prep, which was disappointing.

  The baristas were so nice and even complimented my sweatshirt!! The food and drinks were amazing. Please allow customers to tip the baristas!!

  Walked in and was greeted with love and joy!!! Good customer service and didn’t wait that long for my items to be finished. The only thing is that my sandwich had two pieces of bacon on it but all aspects included, great visit to Dunkin on South Anthony!!!!
