There was only one girl working that I could see and she was awesome. A real Boss. I asked for napkins and she threw in everything else I needed that I didn't think of. Thank you

After placing my order I was called and told they don't have a driver. If I want my food I would have to come and get it. Never once was I told anything about going through the drive thru.I told him I would pay cash dont charge my card. I was told ok. I get there no one's around doors locked. I knock several times he finally shows up all he does is point at a wall then yells drive thru . At that point I am done I yelled so he can here me cancel the order. He unlocks the door and tells me he I need to use the drive thru because he does not robbed . Thats what the drive thru is for. First of I never knew they had one . There are no signs in the lot. I told him I am done cancel the order. He stands out side yelling at me my whole walk to the my truck. After I left he charged my card. I know because my bank bings my phone right away. Domino's I am done. Update Update Its now being over a couple of weeks I called and left messages for the management to call me. I have heard nothing. I had in the past bragged on how other stores had it together. Not this time nor will I again. They don't care enough to make a call back. Thats not the way to do business. There are so many pizza places in the area,my money will now go to one of them.

This is my second time giving Domino’s a chance, and I can honestly say… I’m done. I ordered cheesy tater tots, two medium pizzas (pepperoni and onion), Parmesan bites, cinnamon bites, and a soda. Out of all of that, the only things I actually enjoyed were the Parmesan bites and the cinnamon bites—and even those weren’t perfect. The pizzas were extremely disappointing. They tasted like frozen pizzas that had been sitting out too long. The crust, cheese, and toppings just didn’t come together well at all. There was no freshness, no flavor—just very subpar overall. The cheesy tater tots were even worse. They tasted old, like they had freezer burn. I don’t know how they’re made, but they definitely did not taste fresh. The cinnamon bites actually tasted good, but they weren’t consistent in size or shape. The Parmesan bites were the best thing I had, but even then, one box was full and the other was noticeably lacking—which didn’t make sense since I ordered two. The soda was fine, but that’s about the only thing that met expectations. What makes this more frustrating is that the first time I tried them a few months ago, I called to complain and was told I’d receive a $10 credit. That never happened. This time, I’m not even bothering to call—I’d rather just share my experience so others can make an informed decision. There’s a reason the deals seem so good… the quality just isn’t there. Just my honest experience.
