- ZZZym ZymergeeMay 10, 20261.0Mid afternoon on May 6th I ordered a banana split without strawberry toppings. The bananas were cut into pieces and were horrible tasting. I believe they were green and possibly previously frozen. The amount of ice cream appeared lacking as well and quickly became soupy. While there were lots of pineapple chunks I don't know that there was any sauce. I have enjoyed DQ since the 70s and this is the worst order across many many locations. ... so disappointing.

Arrived nearly 20 minutes before close to find the drive through closed and the doors locked. Lights on and employees definitely seen me. Nobody even had the courtesy to apologize and to give an explanation for closing early.
- RMRaven McGregorApr 11, 20261.0don’t mobile order or order doordash from this one. they apparently do not see the orders in the restaurant and do not fulfill them correctly. two weeks ago i ordered 4 blizzards and they had to ask what i ordered, made all of them small. just ordered doordash and had 2 deliveries and they just threw whatever they wanted into the chicken strip boxes, first 6 piece had 5 strips second one had 8 (??), no sauces that i paid extra for, no cheese curds or pretzel sticks TWICE. i used to stop by this one on my lunch breaks when i worked down the road and the same thing. they also take ~20 minutes but i have worked at DQ and know when it’s warm that makes sense. kept giving this one a chance because the employees are super nice and it’s closest to me, but i cannot justify throwing more money down the drain. i’ll go to illinois next time. lesson learned.
