- MPMystery PatellMay 9, 20261.0Went to this location. Arrived 20 minutes before close. There was a short line. Employee took our order then a different employee that claimed tk be a manager came on and refused to fill our order because it was four minutes past closing. We were the last vehicle in the drive through. We explained that we had arrived before closing and another employee had already taken our order. The person that claimed to be the manager was very rude and basically stated that he didn’t care and was not going to fill our order despite being the last car in the line. Had the employees not been moving so slowly the line could have been taken care of a lot faster. To deny us service after allowing us to place our order and then be rude about it was unnecessary. Most places would have at least still filled the order, especially since we arrived before close, waited for 20 minutes, and had already ordered. This is not how you treat customers. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and I’m going to be working all day. DQ was my treat since I’m giving up my day with my children. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I could go butcher my own cow, process tyeeat, take it back home and cooky own food before I'd gety order here. I think I've actually left the drive thru more times than I've actually gotten an order just because I get tired of waiting.
