  I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to one of the employees. Cing Kim was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She handled everything with a positive attitude, worked efficiently, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Even during a busy time, she stayed patient, friendly, and attentive to every customer. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Employees like her make all the difference, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

  The servers do not take consideration that this is real food going in your mouth. Instead they slap everything together and somehow it seems like they want the food to squeeze out the sides. To make matters worse they wipe the sauces all over their clothes and then u can image how the rest of the service is. Hope these people find happiness in their life so they don’t feel like ruining other peoples food anymore.

  me and my boyfriend came in around 10:30pm on june 21st and this girl with classes and curly hair started yelling to her employees saying how they close in 20 mins and she has a long line there was only two people in front of us then she started throwing food at the glass infront of us and just complaining the whole time.

  If I could give no stars for this location I would Apple Glen is just awful. Horrible customer service. The couple of times I have been to this location I have witnessed and been a part of walking out without food due to customer service. Food is never ready, tables are always a mess except for the one closest to the register/food. I have never had an issue with any other chipotle in the area, just this location. Based on the other reviews looks like I am not alone in this.

  I have seen countless negative reviews about a female employee at this location, and I can confidently say they are talking about Sandra. A friend of mine used to work here and told me that Sandra was repeatedly spoken to by management about her attitude toward customers. After my experience last night, I completely believe it. When we arrived, she ignored my friend when he greeted her, even though they had worked together before. She then made a comment about him always bringing people in right before closing. It was only 10:12 p.m. and the store did not close until 11:00 p.m. What shocked me even more was finding out that she is in a management position. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role. My friends and I were genuinely embarrassed by the way we were treated. We were very polite, patient, and respectful the entire time, yet she acted as though our presence was an inconvenience. Based on my experience, customer service simply does not seem to be a good fit for her. If interacting kindly and professionally with customers is a major part of the job, she appears to struggle with it. She might be better suited for a position that involves little to no customer interaction rather than a management role that requires setting an example for others. Considering the number of similar reviews and my own experience, this does not seem like an isolated incident. Management should take these complaints seriously because employees in leadership positions represent the business, and experiences like this reflect poorly on the entire establishment.
