  Messed up everything on my online order including leaving out lime sauce and wrong rice and 4 different missing toppings! Never going back to this place until I get a full refund! DO NOT GO!!!!!!

  Two awful experiences. Went on Mothers Day. Only 1 other family in there eating. It looked like they had been slammed but had not had a chance to recover. All the tables were filthy. Some with food piled up on them. We went through the line to get our food only to be told at the checkout that they didnt have anymore chips. The gentlemen said, "Sorry, we didnt have anyone for Prep today." We cleaned off our own table and ate. Went again one week later, and the girl making my bowl actually used her bare hand to adjust the "falling" scoop of guacamole that was falling off of my bowl. It was absolutely disgusting. She smashed it down with her hand, sealed the lid on it and moved on like it was no big deal. We will not return.

  I normally do not take time to leave negative reviews but this location was one of the worst I’ve been to. Very ill prepared especially during lunch hour. No steak, no vinaigrette, ice machine broken, service table a hot mess, and everything was dirty or scattered. Either management is the problem or they need to step in!

  Been going to this chipotle location since it opened and never had an issue with the food or the staff until today, 4/20 around 7:25 pm the two girls working the front serving food were extremely rude, one was a hijabi and the other one I have no idea but both kept looking at customers and whispering and laughing and staring like mean girls. It was extreme Uncomfortable because they both was giggling every time someone asked for a topping and whispering something to each other while looking at the customer.

  Never in my life have I been this disappointed with service. My wife and I pulled up to the carry-out window with our kids in the back, thinking it was a drive-through. Honest mistake. Instead of simply clarifying or helping us out, the employee working the window immediately gave us a rude, dismissive look that set the tone. What followed was even worse. The window was shut on us mid-interaction, and when we calmly asked for her name, she refused to provide it. We weren’t asking for anything special, just basic respect and communication. With a family in the car and kids watching, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Food was solid, but the service completely ruined the experience.
