  It was 10pm on a Saturday night when I walked in to order a chicken bowl. The first thing I noticed was the music playing through the speakers. Not only was it your typical chipotle music, but on top of that, the staff was playing loud R&B music . The second thing I noticed was how full all the trash was, how much trash was on the floor in the employee area, and how dirty every table was. There was no line in front of me, but I had multiple staff members just ignore my presence. After a full 2-3 minutes, I was finally helped. I ordered a chicken bowl and I didn’t get a full spoonful for anything. Not rice, not beans, not chicken, and especially not guacamole that I pay extra for . I also ordered a bag of chips and a small drink. My half bag of chips were completely burnt and all the specialty tea/drinks were empty. I understand that it was 10pm, but this establishment is open for another hour. I was completely disappointed in the whole experience and I will NOT be coming back to this location. I also feel like the staff members need a manger on site, in order to keep employees under control and held accountable because they certainly weren’t focused on customers, cleanliness, or working in general, but they sure looked like they were having a good time chatting to each other.

  I frequent this location quite a bit the only thing I’ve noticed is that for sanitary reasons I feel that employees should be wearing hair nets when they are working with food. If their hair is clearly not fitting in the hat then really need to cover it up.

  Hello, I recently ordered a chicken meal from Chipotle, but I believe there may have been another type of meat mixed in. I have never eaten beef or pork before, so I cannot say for certain what it was, but it did not look or taste like chicken”. It appeared that pieces of another meat may have been mixed with my chicken order. This was very concerning and upsetting because I specifically ordered chicken. I would like to understand what happened and would appreciate any investigation or resolution you can provide

  2026 September 1st, I went into this establishment to place my order, the counter was so dirty it looked like a food fight, food sliding down from counter to floor. I was shocked how dirty this business was, the counter looked like dogs had a food fight, I brought it to the attention of the lady behind the counter I kindly asked the young lady to clean the counter off because food was everywhere I did not feel comfortable or safe to place my order, this is absolutely shocking and should be addressed please hear the concern of a former costumer. I was about to place over a 500 dollar order for catering and never seen anything like that from a food establishment. I will not be back. Absolutely disgusting and we will make a report to the health department for East coliseum Fort Wayne location

  So slow. I mean why are you putting only one person FOH to serve AND work the register? Any time I come here on my lunch breaks, they are always out of food, the line moves outrageously slow, and they are clearly understaffed. Even during prime hours, there’s usually only one person working the front and the register.. like what? I waited 20 minutes in a line of only 5-6 people. I had to leave and head back to work when I hit the front of the line only to see that they didn’t even have any food anyway😭. And associates were walking around like headless chickens doing nothing and some were goofing around while one poor girl was helping the line by herself. It was also a huge mess in the kitchen.. dishes piled everywhere and everything. Just a mess. It’s the only location convenient for me where I work and it kinda blows lol. How hard is it to properly staff your employees ?
