The winding round and round with the last corner being sharp and when you have a bigger SUV it’s harder to navigate. Secondly, the employees here are all mainly teenagers who don’t seem to communicate efficiently? Including the manager I asked for 3 times. As I’m trying to order my GMC starts to go backwards I was absolutely shaken and terrified when my car started to slide backwards and said so with my window down while the employee stared at me. He says to pull forward and I cannot get my car to stop sliding. The person behind me told me he was going to move away so I could try to slide back and regain my grip. Seconds later while I am hysterical and tears going down my face the employee who took my order monotonously said is that everything and I asked for a manager and he just said pull forward. I go to a second teenager outside who says the manager is at the window and I can pay there, I’m still crying but trying to calm down. I pull up to the window and there’s another teenager telling me the total and taking my card as I’m VISIBLY still upset, I ask for the manager the third time. She calls back and I see a 4th teenager walk to the window and just look at me. Says no words at all so I say never mind please give my things, they stare at me and still say NOTHING. Working or not even other humans would ask if someone was okay? I’m so confused and off put by the whole thing. All I wanted was to say how unsafe the corners are and if the signs could be moved back so the rows are wider giving people more room. I’m NEVER coming here again. I’ll go to the one by the mall on Glenbrook instead.
