  Went in with my family of four tonight. 5 stars to the guy who sat us. He was great. But that was it. We waited around for 20 minutes. No server came to our table or acknowledged us. Other servers were cleaning tables and doing other tasks. So one of two things needs to happen 1)they need better staffed for busy Friday nights. 2) they need training staff to help each other during busy times. Either way. There are other places to get wings in Fort Wayne.

  Placed an online order (10 boneless wings, Mushroom Swiss Burger and 2 fries, 2 cups of ranch). Said it would be ready at 7:40pm to be picked up. We walked in right at 7:40pm and the girl at the register (black tattoos down her left arm) said that the order is being bagged up. She disappears in the back for 20 minutes and then a guy comes to the register to help people. At this point it’s 20 minutes passed the pickup time and he tells me the order isn’t ready and he will check on it. He comes back 10 minutes later and says they’re working on it. I then ask for a refund and he writes down my name and last 4 digits of my card on a piece of paper. He goes to the back and brings me the order but missing the ranch cups. 35-40 minutes after the quoted pick up time, we finally have the order. That quality of service is horrendous. Nobody cares about taking care of the customer anymore. No sense of urgency from any of these workers at this location. I’ve also sent this to Buffalo Wild Wings feedback page too.

  Terrible service, no refills on drinks, food took forever, had to wait a half an hour for the check, won't be back

  Worst experience ever. Usuaally I go to bar and bartenders are reallly nice and friendly, but yesterday I went with my nephew and hes underage so i cant go to the bar. Was waiting at the front for over 25 mins, not even greeted by anyone. There were literally 10+ servers going back and forth to their table. Even the manager saw us dont even say a word. At least "we will be right with you" or "just a moment" would be good. If you're alone and can go to bar thats good, but if you are going to get a table, dont go. Very rude of them.
