    I stopped at Arby's today o my way home. A really really nice lady manager named Paula greeted me extremely polite and very nice..she. helped me earn extra points i could use right at the time wich really made it way cheaper for a value meal. Thanks a lot Paula Jim

    If I could give a zero i definitely would. I literally stood inside waiting to order my food for over 10 minutes and got no service or even a we will be with you shortly but I did hear the employees laughing and having a great time in the back instead of helping a customer
