    The new fish sandwich had freezer burn and was also burnt at the same time, the inside of the fish made crunching sounds like a giant potato chip but less delicious. I also waited 30 minutes 4 my food so I was expecting fresh made quality

    Cold food, sloppy prepared meal, shorted on fries, no straw for drink and no extra condiments (arbys sauce packets) this location is a complete joke no wonder it has such a crap rating on Google
