    Whoever was working at 11:40 at the illinois location on 8/31/26 was so rude taking my order. I usually dont have an issue this bad at any fast food place or arbys location. However this person was impatient and kept telling me to pull forward when I wasn't done ordering. They didnt want to accept my valid coupons at first and then they did eventually. And they forgot our fries and drink and rushed us away. Their attitude was very unnecessary and I was being really nice. They also didnt give me my receipt.

    Walked in to have a brunch with my mom, walked out in a bad mood because of those workers in their customer service. What a way to run a business.

    They have HORRIBLE customer service, the boy at the window was so rude. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend.

    Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Tried placing an order and lady behind the counter was rude and awful and confrontational. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Will never be back.
