  Got the #12 ruben meal with mots stick. Took 24 minutes for them to bring the order out to be this was 3 p.m with only one car in from of me. Fries were ice cold & stale . Took way to long for my order I believe..

  Consistently the slowest fast food drive thru service in all of Fort Wayne. If you order here, they will always immediately move you out of the window and into a parking spot. Then you’ll wait between 15-25 minutes for your food. Fresh chicken takes 5 minutes in the fryer - not 15-25.

  Went to this Arby's and got treated like I was putting everyone out as they made my food... One of the worst Arby's I ever been to in my life service wise... Don't recommend stay far far away...

  Barely 3 slices of thin roast beef on my beef and cheddar. Barely 4 slices on my roommates sandwich. Not sure if this is how you want to cut costs but seriously?? You want us to pay damn near 11 dollars for the meal yet only get miniscule meat? Fries were at least crispy. That's about all that came good.
