  Grabbed some food from Arby’s today and it was pretty good. The roast beef sandwich was fresh, and the curly fries were nice and crispy. Everything came out quick and the order was correct, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly enough and the place was clean when I went in. Nothing fancy, but it was a good quick meal and the portions were decent. I’d come back again when I’m in the mood for a sandwich and fries. Overall, a solid experience and no complaints from me.

  Just heard Kathy was seen spitting in a woman's drink. And a big causcian man threatened the customers. This should be assault! I hope the FWPD take action and the owners remove them both from their premises!

  Probably the worst Arby’s in Fort Wayne. The food is always subpar and not hot, and the service is slow when there is no line. I got yelled at by and older lady when I presented a coupon at the drive through window because I didn’t announce it with my order. Apparently that is a crime at the w state Arby’s based on their reaction. They said “never do that again” so I guess that is some advice if you go through their drive through. I’ve tried to give them a chance but never again after that interaction. Clearly they don’t train anyone on customer service.

  Closed early. Was at the location at 9:55 and there sign says they close at 10. I like there food, but I wish they would have stayed open their designated closing time.
