  7:21am 7/7/26 I was in there this morning for my normal sausage egg and cheese croissant. I was told by a rude lady at the speaker that they did not have croissants. No problem I'll have a ham egg and cheese sourdough. The sandwich I got was not toasted at all and was soggy. I did call and the lady took over in the middle of a call with a rude attitude saying she was the manager. I initially asked her name so I could address her properly and know who I spoke with. She told me that it was none of my business. It says the employee that took my order's name was Jessica and I believe this to be the same rude employee that I spoke to on the phone because that's how she was at the drive-thru window. If it's a manager who I spoke to on the phone this morning they would be better finding employment elsewhere. If one of my employees spoke to customers like that I would happily make them unemployed.   I went through drive through. I work in yhe area & I've been to the State location twice. Both times my order was correct, hot & the young man working the window was very kind & professional.
