  Dude, what the hell is going on at this arbys? I've been there around 5 times in the last year. And every time, there is this kid who has forgotten where he works at least twice. When I get to the drive thru menu, he's said "welcome to uhhhhhh... oh yeah arbys" and has then proceeded to tell me about mens pants pockets or that Boston terriers aren't even technically dogs. I went inside to eat a few times as well, and each time the kid was either: A. Very loudly "playing drums" on the counter by smacking it with his hands. Or B. sitting on the ground on the customer side of the counter, looking at his phone. The food is always fine, sometimes even good. And honestly, the kid is very funny. And, while he makes me so god damn mad, it's wildly entertaining to keep having him hand me my food. However, one thing is not excusable. EVERY SINGLE TIME i ask for arbys sauce. i have not gotten my sauce a single time. where is the sauce dude?

  Drive thru was slow. Waited 20 plus mins just to have my order taken and another customer got.out and looked in the window and all the employees were sitting down in the lobby. I could of gone through mcdonalds faster for lunch
