  Honestly I’m never a picky person or a snob but genuinely might be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. For starters, line was long, not a deal breaker if the service is good and the product is good, neither were. We had 2 drinks and it got put in wrong, they came up and asked if mine was half sweet which I didn’t ask for, my girlfriend who ordered a black cold brew with nothing in it because she is SEVERELY ALLERGIC to dairy, gets milk in her cold brew, maybe we misunderstood but I thought black with nothing in it meant no milk. To top it off the coffee I ordered had zero flavor and tasted like water, I had to fix it myself at home. The prices aren’t worth the product as you can get more of it for less anywhere else. Genuinely missed on all cylinders of a coffee shop.

  Long wait, around 30mins. I ordered 5 coffee drinks 2 of them decaf, I have ask to please mark which one is which and she messed up so I couldn’t drink mine because how am I sure my drink was decaffeinated? Not going back here till they figure something out.

  Brilliantly fast service, gorgeously delicious coffee (I recommend the sugar-free German Chocolate Mocha), and quick and easy sign up for rewards.

  Was great at first but the quality is starting to slip. A few times the lid popped off my hot coffee almost making a mess. And also a few times they forgot the flavoring. The competition is way more consistent. Especially with Biggby being right down the street.

  Went today and for the first time in over a month the line was actually clear to drive in, sat there a a couple of minutes thinking someone will take my order but then I had to download the app and try to scan the tiny QR code to get an order started. Finally they came out to take my order and hardly could hear over the music, and placed my order. Pulled up after a 10 minutes and saw that the place needed to be cleaned up. Tried the drinks and had to add coffee creamer at home because they tasted terrible 😔 and the fruity drinks were not sweet tasting..... I will say that the good part was positive attitudes with the drive thru servers. Hopefully they will work these things out. Unfortunately I will not be back anytime soon....hope this helps improve the experience for future years to grow. Best wishes 🙏🏻
