Drive thru was fine, the only thing, I’ve always liked their sweet tea, it isn’t as sweet as it used to be.

I gave him one stir on atmosphere because obviously I went through the drive-thru because it's McDonald's. You're generally not going to McDonald's to get a sit-down meal unless you have children and you just need to get them out of the car. So the drive-thru worked just fine. But I couldn't tell you what the atmosphere because it wasn't inside

I take my daughter to this location probably five times a week because she gets sick of eating at work and because she sleeps up until pretty much the time she has to go to work. This is normally a quick and easy stop. However, I am so sick of ordering a large strawberry banana smoothie and I'm lucky if she gets a medium sized portion about once a week. She actually gets a full cup like she's supposed to. But today topped it all. I pulled up and ordered two McDoubles only ketchup and a medium fry. I sat and they're pulled drive-thru spot for 10 minutes to the point that I got out of my car to go check on my order before my food was delivered. Mind you I had already been sitting there watching six different cars get their food before me four which were ran out by the expo person. As he looked at my car repeatedly. He never once approached to my card to see what exactly it was. Was waiting on. When I get my food. Not only is it completely wrong. The fries are cold too. So I wasted $3,500 points to get fries that were not only cold but were not full. I got about a small size fry for my medium fry, I then had to take the burgers in to find out that the expo person told them that they were up up the two burgers that were for my order and they threw them away. I was then told that I'd have to wait even longer on my burger patties. I was quoted about a minute to wait on my burgers. I waited at an additional five. What should have took no more than 5 to 7 minutes. Tops putting my kid 15 minutes late for work and she only works 5 minutes down the road. So 25 minutes I waited for food and I didn't even get to eat the fries that were intended for me. I was not offered an apology. I was not offered french fries and one of the kitchen guys proceeded to give me a stare down after he gave the expo guy, my burgers. Do not appreciate any of that but kudos to the drive-thru girl who actually did the one thing right and made the drink the correct portion. 50 bucks may not mean much to you guys but to my kid who busts her Buck 50 bucks a week is everything and I will be making sure she takes her business elsewhere, even if that means we got to leave a few minutes earlier to wait somewhere else. You do the math 50 bucks over tie mads up. That's $200 a month $2,400 a year and imagine if I'm not the only person who does that because this location is so bad at their job because this is not the first time I've had issues with them messing up my burger. That's about three times a week that they cannot just slap ketchup on a burger and instead they proceed to put everything else on it and when she's allergic to onions she can't even pick it off and each time I have to have it replaced. They act as if it's an inconvenience and for somebody who's worked in food for 25 years. Been in management for 10. They are are poorly trained from 1:00 on and are rude when they mess up. I try really hard cuz I've been in food for 25 years not to show my behind because I understand things happen but the way this was handled today was absolutely ridiculous. I would never take food to five different cars and notice that out of 1, 2, 3, and 4 that two didn't get food delivered and then when I finally do decide to bring it out to him, I would definitely double check my meal. And absolute disgrace to everybody. But the drive-thru people who work today that's the only team members who got it right. They are polite. They were courteous. They asked me if I wanted to round up and they made the correct portion size. So kudos to the drive-thru girls the expo in the kitchen guys need to get it together You just lost a very valuable customer because not only did you lose hurt 50 bucks a week. I will make sure to never ever get go to this location for my family's orders as well which is where I spend 50 bucks per order myself.
