  Just had ice cream and they were small. Portion size for a banana split was small, banana was the biggest thing.

  I just went to Dairy Queen on Highlander point and ordered a very simple 6 piece flamethrower meal. I waited patiently for about 20 minutes. What I received was 4 regular chicken strips thrown into a bag with honey mustard as the dipping sauce, while still being charged for a 6 piece. The entire staff is a bunch of unenthusiastic, and apparently hard of hearing or just lazy Highschool children so I should’ve have known better and gone somewhere else I guess. Just pitiful.

  Even though we had a small issue communicating due to my sore throat (recovering from cancer so I get hoarse easy and hard to hear) it was an enjoyable experience. Excellent attitudes from employees! Well done.

  If I could give a zero, I would. I stopped for a country platter. When I opened my box, the bacon was still raw. I went back in and spoke to the manager Megan. I showed her the box and her response was she cooked it the time they cooked all their bacon. I told her that I understood and have worked in food service and sometimes when the machines are turned on, it takes a while for them to heat up. She then said my food “was to temp”. I then pointed out again that the it was raw. She continued to make excuses to the point that I just asked for my money back. I then let her know that it’s more prudent to use customer service and she could have just recooked my food but she didn’t even offer to do that. She just continued with her smug attitude and excuses. I will NEVER set foot in that location again. The staff needs trained on customer service.

  I am LIVID. I went through the drive thru to bring food home for my family. Iordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, a sauced & tossed bbq chicken tenders meal, a drink & 2 blizzards. They hand me the blizzards and drink (did not put the blizzards upside down, not that it mattered - more on this in a minute), which they put in a holder as asked. They then told me to lull forward and wait for my order - I sat in the 80 degree heat for 15 minutes waiting on my food to be brought out as my blizzards proceeded to melt. I rushed to get home, knowing the blizzards were leaking in my seat and I needed to get them in the freezer. While turning into my subdivision, one of the blizzards that was clearly not secured very well in the drink holder tipped over and spilled everywhere. If this wasn't enough, I opened the food bag to find what looked lik a used napkin inside, and despite asking for onion rings, I didn not receive those OR my receipt of purchase!!
