  I was in town on business. Absolutely great location from my hotel (Hyatt Place). The staff was great...our server was exceptional, she had so much energy and went over the top to make sure the team had a blast. Thank you again!!!

  Everything was great besides that fact that I had purchased the summer fun pass and this is only the second time using it. When I first got the pass no where did it say you could only use it till 5pm on weekdays. It was never clear or brought to my attention when I came tonight to play for two hours with some friends and I had to pay the full total. I even explained that no where was it posted when I first bought the pass. Still had a great time and paid the bill but very upset with how badly they have advised this promotion. Probably wouldn't have gotten it considering I work till 4 6 days a week.

  Prices are very confusing. Went here for Mother's Day with my wife and adult kids. No explanation on HOW to keep score or how to play. Paid for 2 hours play and definitely didn't get 2 FULL hours to play. Then was told there was an event that actually CUT INTO OUR TIME, so we didn't even get the full time that we paid for. It's ridiculous that they charge $6 PER PERSON to play, but you pay for an hour with up to 6 people. People that come from out of town like us, we checked online about the prices and they didn't match up to what the screen said when we were playing. The time starts counting down the minute you tap the screen. And if you are deciding if you want a 2nd game, when the 1st game is 15 minutes left, the time continues to count down. Employees didn't explain anything and felt they were in a rush to get us through the games. Will definitely find other places to go for family entertainment.

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Came as walk-ins and were never told there was a time restriction on our bay. We paid good money only to get cut off out of nowhere because apparently that’s just something they expect you to figure out on your own. The staff was unhelpful, uninformative, and completely disengaged. No one explained the process, no one checked on us, and no one seemed to care that we had no idea what we were walking into. This is basic hospitality 101 and TopGolf failed at every single step. I’ve been to plenty of entertainment venues and I have never felt so ignored and misled. Your customers deserve transparency, not a surprise time limit and a shrug from your staff.

  We had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf. We came in as a walk-in and were told the wait for a bay would be about 1.5 hours. Knowing that, we decided to stay and dine in their dining area while we waited. After about an hour and a half, we checked in and were then told it would be another 30 minutes. Frustrating, but we stayed. After that 30 minutes passed, we checked again—only to be told it was now another 1.5 hour wait. At that point, we had already wasted 2.5 hours with no clear communication or accurate updates—and to make matters worse, we never even got to play at a bay. We had family visiting from Spain and were trying to fit this in before taking her to the airport, so this completely threw off our plans. We understood we were a walk-in and didn’t have a reservation, but better transparency and communication would have allowed us to make a more informed decision and go somewhere else to enjoy time together before heading to the airport. Really disappointing experience overall.
