  Soft potato taco they didnot put enough stuff felt like empty, same for black bean chalupa not enough stuff but taking full money bad people working here saving money for management or something please take care of it next time

  Zero stars. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and more importantly, it was upsetting for my 10-year-old son. I placed an order for pickup, but since there was no in-store option, I had to ընտր drive-through. It took about 15 minutes just to reach the window, only to be told to park and wait because they were backed up. I explained that I was already past my pickup time and had been waiting a while, but was told it would be “soon.” We waited patiently in the parking lot since my son was very hungry. When an employee came out with bags, we approached the door to make it easier. I confirmed my name, received the order, and noticed there was no fork for the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. When I politely mentioned it, the employee suddenly became aggressive and started shouting that he was “on his break” and wasn’t even supposed to help us. This completely escalated unnecessarily. I tried to explain that I had no way of knowing he was on break and that it would take another 15–20 minutes in the drive-through just to get a fork. He continued yelling, slammed the door, then came back out, shoved a fork into the bag, and kept shouting angrily. My son was so scared by the situation that he ran back to the car. No child should feel that way over something as simple as asking for a fork. The behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. We were not allowed inside, had no other quick option, and were treated poorly for a very reasonable request. It left us feeling upset and uncomfortable. My son even said he never wants to go back again because of how frightening the interaction was. Management seriously needs to review this situation (including camera footage, if available). This experience was unacceptable.

  They forgot 2 items, tacos were smashed, went back at 10:10 and they were already closed, I had no idea they closed at 10, was told to come back tomorrow, not an option as I was traveling through Indy

  Hardly ever actually open. I work down the street and visit more frequently than i should but regret it almost every time. Never get the right order, sauces or refund for missing items this place is a joke
