  Placed a mobile order for breakfast as I was hitting the road for an appointment in Indy. I didn't check my order, but guess I should have known (now reading these reviews). Once on the interstate, I went to grab my McGriddles sandwich. Found the custom McGriddle label on the bagel wrapper with a bagel sandwich. Don't like, didn't eat. I went back that afternoon to request a refund as they couldn't replace my sandwich since it was hours after breakfast. The "manager" said it wasn't their policy to complete refunds. And since I ordered through the app, I had to go through that for a replacement. I sent a message that day while still sitting in the restaurant. Couple days later I get an email from corporate and they said they would contact the restaurant leadership so they could correct the issue. Talk about passing the buck. I responded telling them as such ... then they just closed my case. No replacement, no refund. At least for me, I will exercise my right to never give them any business in the future.

  Terrible, terrible, horrible. I bought Frech fried and politely asked for a sauce the man at the window say I have to buy for it which I forgot to tell them when ordering. Then I asked for the supervisor, and she pointed to the glass window say I have to pay for it second time. I said the other place would give it for free and she said to me go there and buy it. I know I should have told them when ordering but just one sauce and don't even want to give it to a customer??? I told her I won't go back. They already slow and realize that they will lose another customer. And the fried are not fresh either. I saw them stack them a head for a long time.

  Worst mcdonalds ever. Drive through takes 20 mins to make a burger. Even there is only a 3 cars waiting. They then forget you ever order a burger and made you wait another 10-20 minutes.
