  UNKIND & DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve come to this location for years and have loved the employees and treatment until this past year. Plenty of new faces and they are not welcoming at all. A girl is just trying to get her coffee and it seems to be the hardest task at this location. Ravi (girl) today happened to be the unwelcoming one at the drive thru today accusing me of an invalid gift card but when it finally worked (which I knew it would, I used it for the past week) she gave me so much attitude. Then tried to “have a good day” me without handing me all my items. I left very upset. Hopefully this location can get some people loving people working here. Very unfortunate, I used to love this place so much.

  Everyone is very nice and polite. The food is great. Loaded hash browns are delicious. When Ravi and Heath are working you know everything is going to be perfect!

  Extremely RUDE workers in the drive thru. Will not return. The food was burnt, we asked for a new item as my kids won’t eat burnt food. She had horrible customer service and worker had an attitude towards us as customers.

  The location is clean but beyond that it doesn't feel like the staff cares. With my last experience, ill definitely be driving a bit further out of my way for the other DD further toward indy. The employee at the register was pushy while being overspoken by the other employees making the ordering process frustrating. The person who made my food threw everything together haphazardly enough egg patties fell out of sandwiches in the bag and the bacon on my sandwich was bunched in a ball under the cheese in the middle of the sandwich. Bathrooms and lobby were clean though
