- BBBarbara BensonApr 29, 20263.0Ordered sandwich and side salad for delivery. Sandwich looked like it had been thrown into container. Side salad was skimpy and didn’t have the provolone cheese on it. I requested balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I got Italian. In addition, DoorDash delivery person indicated they knocked twice… impossible as I was right there waiting for it. Order was left at door with a picture. That’s how I knew it had been delivered. I’ve always been a fan of Donato’s but not sure after this experience.

The slice of the pizza was poor and on top of that both times I found hair in my food. I went back this last time to tell them about it, they were very courteous and nice however, there was a guy in there, cooking the food, putting the toppings on the pizza with a head full of hair and no hairnet.

I didn’t go inside, but I was assisted outside by Josh, and I just had to share how great the experience was. Josh was incredibly kind, made eye contact, and greeted me with a genuine smile. His customer service truly stood out. In a time where great service can be hard to come by, his professionalism and positive attitude were noticeable and very much appreciated. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Josh made this visit memorable. Thank you for the excellent service! Thank you Josh. I pray you become blessed beyond anything you can ever dream off. Oh yeah, my food was amazing and hot. 😃
