I am usually surprised that they're our of normal ingredients like sour cream or chips. Today, I stopped at 6:50PM on a Tuesday and they were totally closed to the public... I'm done giving this place a try. Avoid.

I pick up my order in the drive thru, drive all of the way home, and rip the seal off of my bag. I open it to find my bowls lid halfway off, and bean juice spilled everywhere. The bowl also looked very sad and had like 2 pieces of chicken. I almost lost my marbles. I called the help line and she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, and put me on mute mid conversation. I did get a full refund, and usually have no issues with my orders. I’m not mad, I am just disappointed .

And they said it would be another 20 minutes until it’s ready. I don’t know what kind of management they got going on here but it’s terrible. Never coming back to this location they always been slacking off especially with online orders.
