  STEPHEN AND LAILA JACKSON ARE THE BEST CAVA EMPLOYEES! They are the kindest humans ever. Stephen does an incredible job at everything he does and deserves the world. He makes sure every customer is taken care of to the best of his ability. I appreciate employees like him in customer service. Stephen absolutely made my experience, and entire day incredible. Stephen is a top tier employee!

  First person to start your meal with was rude, short and refused to say more than 4 words when asked a question. Young generation for sure..first time there and probably won’t go back. Asked her questions for her to stare at me and responded three times with same answer like I was the dumb one…

  We called in a huge order from a near by hospital and needless to say they forgot 2 meals. So 2 of our staff members were left without lunch today. When we tried calling back no one answered the phone. We were unable to get a hold of anyone at the restaurant and the food was never replaced. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we didn’t receive. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from Cava in the near future.

  Most of the time the food itself is good, however in the 20+ times we’ve ordered carry out, not once has the order been correct. I’ve had to take orders back multiple times for wildly incorrect orders. Making sure orders are correct is the most basic function after making sure it’s safely cooked. Brought our order home tonight and both bowls were completely wrong; wrong protein, missing several items, missing sauce. The lack of attention to detail by the staff is disappointing and also concerning; what if someone had an allergy and the staff are just tossing whatever into the bowl? Poor reflection on the management staff; poor training, no attention to detail.

  Staff was rude. The place was a total mess, with trash overflowing from the trash cans. 6-8 people were working, but it was still a mess. I placed my to-go order at 9:10, and they said it would be ready at 9:30. When I showed up at 9:30, the order hadn’t even started. They ran out of lamb meatballs, so I got something else even though I paid for the most expensive option. They were cleaning up the entire food bar, kitchen, and restaurant 40 minutes before closing, leaving people who came in late with no options left on the bar top because they put everything away. They forgot the side of pita. I was looking for a quick and easy takeout option after a long day, and this was neither.
