  This gotta be the worst Arby’s in the world! Ordered French dip 4 different times and EVERYYYY SINGLE TIME THEY GIVE ME NO AUJUS! How dumb can you be!?!? Yall lucky I changed my ways or I’d pulll uppppp TONIGHT AND CAUSE HELLLLLL! Literal idiotsssssssssssssss!

  My meat was old as hell to the point where it was dry and brittle. There was no sauce on my Greek euro at all the bread for my Greek euro was hard as a rock. My fries were not done and the Coke taste like chemicals. This is the worst Arby’s I’ve been to so far.

  I intended to visit the drive-thru at the 116th Street location, but I chose not to after observing an employee smoking near the main entrance. It was around 10pm. The employee was a blonde woman of larger build. Seeing staff smoke by the entrance creates a poor, unhygienic impression of the establishment and displays a clear lack of professionalism. I will not be returning until the place has a more welcoming atmosphere.

  Freezing cold fried that were mushy and an ice cold roast beef sandwich that smelled/tasted like it was sitting on a table for 8 hours. Won’t answer the phone and I’m not driving back.
