  We stopped here yesterday while traveling through. The service from the employee was polite and very helpful but way too much upsell. We weren’t familiar with the online ordering system so the employee walked us through the menu, quickly adding options we didn’t want. We ended up with way too much food because we were road-weary and confused. The food was not as good quality as Taco Bell has had in other stores. Some items were cold and one or two items had a moldy taste. Most of it was flavorless and the taco was dry and looked old. The store was clean and well maintained. All the employees we spoke to were polite and friendly with a helpful attitude.

  You would think napkins & utensils would come with a window order since the dinning room is closed for remodeling. Shame on you cause I'm sitting here making a freaking messing my car!!!!!!!

  The food was okay service is great but the atmosphere is horrible on the night that I went. Is still a good option for the people on the interstate but for the people living in Dubois County Jasper will be the best bet for the best Taco Bell.

  This place is slow. I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my food. I went up and asked what was taking so long and they said it didn't show on their screen because I hit pay with cash and it doesn't go through until you pay. But no one was at the counter the whole 30 minutes for me to pay. So now we have to continue to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. They are very incompetent here
