  I gave 2 stars for atmosphere, because the bathroom wasn't clean. The counter employee seemed to have no training. She was in another world, no smiles, she kept worrying about what was going on around her vs the customer.

  Awful experience, which is why we never eat anywhere but Culver's in Jasper anymore. We happened to be in town, so we decided to stop in. Tables and floor were dirty, no napkins out for customer use, trash cans full, waited at the counter for someone to take my order but finally gave up on that. Took at least 10 mins to get our food. What has happened to getting any kind of customer service at these places? This is exactly why my family has stopped eating fast food. Not because of the food but because of the horrible service. Not sure how these places still get business but companies sure have stopped caring.

  So this morning I got a mcgriddle but got no egg, cheese and bacon and a caramel fap with EXTRA CARAMEL but I didn't get my egg, cheese or bacon and I never got my extra caramel

  I am a local and this is by far the slowest and most inconsistent McDonald’s. There is always a considerable wait at the drive through, busy, slow, no matter what there is always a 10 minute wait. Always have to pull up to the flag pole and wait. It is absolutely rediculous, then half the time the order is wrong, cold the list goes on. Miss managed is an understatement.
