  Arby's is the same food everywhere. The service at Ferdinand Arbys was awful a spilled soda sat on the floor for the whole hour we were there. I asked if they could turn off or turn down the trashy music they were playing the guy stared at me and said uh ok and did nothing. We also had to ask for the toy for my sons kids meal. They really don't have their stuff together.

  We experienced not so great service with whoever was at counter during our visit. We only ordered one combo + a jamocha shake. There was confusion, which is fine, but upon asking about the refund of the extra charges, she said they couldn't do that. We had to just say okay and walk away. There was noone else at the counter to order or in the drive thru at the time at about 10:10 A.M. Will not return here. It seemed to be the manager on duty, which makes the situation even more strange to me. Be sure they at least read back your order if you go here. Food was decent or as expected from Arby's & store seemed fairly clean.

  We were here at 8pm all the employees were super friendly the restaurant was really clean.

  We will only dine at this store. The area has several Arby's but they do not have the staff that this syore has. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with smiles and pleasant staff whether busy or not. Even drive thru is friendly and efficient. This store could use a little update but honestly I wouldn't change the staff for a million beef and cheddar
