  Ordered it, never got it. Called like thirty times. No answer. Apparently, food getting stolen and just never delivered is a huge problem here. When they do remake it, they make it wrong. Just make the drive to Newburgh.

  I came in on the 17th and ordered 50 dollars of wings. I contacted the restaurant through the contact us section on the app because the store NEVER answers phone. I did that to let them know I was missing things. Not a big deal at all. Someone called me claiming to be the manager. They asked me to remove my review. A review I never made. I just contacted them through the contact us section of the app. But regardless they offered to replace my entire order. Which I appreciated very much because i did end up getting something else for dinner that night. So I come in today 7 days later and ask them if I can get that remade today. They told me the manager said they can only give me a 20 boneless wing since its been like a few weeks. I told him I have the receipt on my phone its been 7 days. And then they tell me I had a big order so they won't replace it. Like I truly didnt care before about it being replaced until they told me I would get the whole thing remade and then I planned it as a dinner for my family. My husband is a third shifter and leaves for work around 9:30. So I came in to get this at 7:30 so he had wings for his lunch tonight. Im aggravated just off of principal. Do not tell someone something if you have zero plans to honor it. I never left a review and I wasnt mad until now. They didn't and still wont answer the phone and then went out of their way to CALL ME and offer my WHOLE ORDER be replaced. And then wanted to argue about it over the phone where the employee was playing middle man. On top of that after they finally agreed to make my order they STILL didnt include the corn or the ranch and blue cheese I ordered. Which doesnt surprise me. On top of all of that they tried to tell me they would not give me the order they just remade unless I deleted the review. A REVIEW I NEVER MADE!!!!!! but yall wanna play we can play. Here is the review and i hope it's worth it. If anyone from corporate wants to reach out please do. I'd love to talk about how this was handled.

  So where do I start? Placed an order online went to pick it up they were closing, walk-in told him the name handed me a bag and said that was it.. so I didn't even bother to check and get until I got back out to the car and they locked the door. Upon checking it it was nowhere near the right order it was somebody else's total different order.. so I go up and knock on the window because they have the door locked 5 minutes before closing, for employees are clocking out and just look up at me and then run out the back door.. so I drive around back and catch them walking across the parking lot and tell them my order is not right it is not my order at all.. they didn't care at all they were just in a hurry to get out of there, and they told me just keep it and call tomorrow.. so I called the next day multiple times the manager was never available.. so I stop by the store, not only was there a guy in the kitchen cooking in flip-flops and no socks there was still no manager on duty, and no one that was serve- safe certified.. they took my name and number and said they would have the manager call me it has been over a week and I've still yet to hear from them.. we ordered 30 chicken wings and Parmesan fries and we received five chicken strips... Never received a refund never got the food replaced, they refused to replace it.. I would not recommend eating at this establishment it is went all the way downhill since ownership has switched over.. I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant, and unless you're okay with people cooking your food and flip-flops and no socks and giving you the wrong order I wouldn't recommend eating here!! I tried to call corporate they were absolutely no help so I told them I would take another route.. I will be calling the health department as well

  Never had a problem with delivery until last night. Ordered about 11 on the Wingstop app . 1st dasher said someone already picked up it up but I never received the order. Went through about 4 dashers before it was completely canceled. I would like a refund.
