  They put some kind of orange sauce into the mini taco salad. 🤣 It definitely wasn't sour cream. 😭🫪 I threw 2 out of 4 items in the TRASH. You all used to be on point. What happened 😭😭

  They were out of what I wanted, and then when I got to the window they wouldn't add an order of cinnamon twist. How hard is it to just add an order of cinnamon twist? I literally have never had that happen at a drive-thru. I don't think the staff like working there. I just told them to cancel it, drove off, and went across the street to GD ritzy's. I never have any problems there.

  Like another taco bell, but really slow. I ordered cantina bowl and medium drink. It took a while before I was offered a wet cup to fill on on the drink station. I dont want to think why it was wet. I cant come up with any positive reason. I kept waiting, got knife and fork, napkin, drink. Nothing. I sat down and waited. I finally got up and asked a lady in the back what happened. She said that she has 36 people ahead of me, so I should just wait. How would she know, right? She did not even ask what I had ordered. As soon as I returned to the table a staff member asked my name. That was the fastest 36 orders ever ;)...upon my return to the table, the staff member approached me and said that I got a wrong order. I looked at my order, it had my name on it. The staff member said that the label was put on the wrong box. So we exchanged the boxes. Then I realized that I have no sauce on the tray. The staff member goes to get it, but stops to talk to another customer who had queastion about her order. So I got up and followed the staff member to the counter. Maybe I get it faster that way... sigh. Don't start a business if you dont know how to run it. Or at least hire someone who knows...

  New chicken burrito that was like $5.50 had like 2 very little pieces of chicken.

  Wonderful employee, I got the new beefy potato grilled and it was toasted and hot, very good. Fast service 😄
